From Trub to the Bock

After starting in Trub, the well-maintained Wanderweg leads us steeply up through the mountain forest to Risisegg. From Schindelegg, the route continues with less effort to the Bock viewpoint. From the summit cross, there is a beautiful view down to Escholzmatt and towards the Schrattenfluh and Beichlen. On the way back, there is an opportunity for refreshments at the farm above Altgfähl, "Himugüegeli". Drinks and snacks are available on the beautiful forecourt by the house. A barbecue area is also available for use. The descent via the Risiseggchnubel is steep again but varied.
