Possibly the most beautiful ridge hike in Switzerland
We start at the mountain station of the Stoosbahn and head towards the Klingenstockbahn. After about 15 minutes, we reach the chairlift that takes us up to Klingenstock, the actual starting point of the panoramic hike. From here, a steady up and down begins on a very well-maintained trail, which is always secured in more difficult sections. The panorama on offer becomes increasingly incredible. The Schwyz, Uri, and Glarus Alps, Lake Lucerne to the left, and the Grosser Mythen always in sight as a fixed point on the right. After about 2 hours, we reach Fronalpstock. From here, we take the chairlift back down to Stoos. A beautiful, easy ridge hike that can be quite busy depending on the season and time of day.

Sign inWunderschöne Wanderung jedoch sehr gut besucht. Essen im Restaurant Fronalpstock eher unterdurchschnittlich. Empfehlung: Ein Drink auf dem Fronalpstock und Essen später auf dem Stoos :-)
