Panoramaweg Gurnigel Stockhorn

From Toffen station, we take the PostBus to Gurnigel and get off at the "Wasserscheide" stop. After a few metres downhill on the road, we branch off towards the Rüschegg Mitte car park. Now we continue along the track to Alp Obernünenen, where refreshments are served. Next, the ascent to Leiterepass awaits, and the path becomes narrower here. Once at Leiterepass, the actual high-altitude trail begins. Along the way, we pass various alpine farms. Cakes, cheese and cool drinks are available at the upper Walalp, for example. Once we reach Baachegg at 1804 m a.s.l., the toughest climb of this tour to the Stockhorn begins. Via a steep path and countless steps, we finally reach the summit of the Stockhorn after around 400 metres of ascent.
